Hypnotherapy to Cut Back Drinking Alcohol - Take Back Control In Your Life
Have you let your social drinking or evening wine get out of hand? Do you use alcohol as a de-stressor or as an emotional crutch? Do you want to cut back but you are finding it difficult to do on your own?
For some people drinking has become a habit, in others an addiction. Many of my clients need help to gain the control back in their lives, to learn how to manage the quantity and frequency of their alcohol consumption and for other people they recognise that they need to quit drinking all together.
Whether you are drinking out of habit or you are using alcohol as an emotional crutch or de stressor, Hypnotherapy for alcohol can help you to live the life you want to.
How Does Hypnotherapy to Cut Back Drinking Alcohol work?
Whilst in the relaxing state of hypnosis we discover the underlying reason for your drinking habit and use the power of your subconscious mind to manage the emotions and feelings that come up.
Using a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT, visualisation and positive suggestions you will discover that you feel totally differently about alcohol. You will be able to choose when and how much you want to drink (if at all) and notice that there is no need, no desire for alcohol.
Most clients find that they easily cut down in their alcohol consumption and many discover that they don't need alcohol in their lives at all, they love being back in control and can get their lives back on track.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
Most clients should plan on 3 - 4 sessions with the first 2 sessions being one week apart and the subsequent sessions sessions spaced out over the following month. This program ensures that you can keep to your usual routine, whilst managing your alcohol consumption.
Being in the real world, socialising with friends, experiencing the ups and downs of life whilst remaining in complete control of your drinking and taking part in the sessions, enables you to observe the differences in your behaviour, to become more aware of your triggers and learn how to be in control of alcohol.
Results between clients may vary, with each client having their own unique challenges to overcome. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for any medical, psychological or psychiatric care, advice, or treatment.
